Bible Verse-II Corinthians 12:9 NKJV- But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. "Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me.

Chances are this has happened to most of us at some point in life. If you have lived long enough there will be times when you have tried everything that you physically know to try to help you out of a situation you are currently facing. Now, I could name many situations that we face in life, and they could be anything from dealing with a hard-headed child or being laid off from a job and the list goes on and on. I really don't want to focus on the situations because even though it's troubling you and has you up all night that's not what you need to focus on either. Let ya girl give you some advice! Now you may be asking yourself "how does she know what to do" and the answer is "I've simply tested and tried the process" See, I'm not here to dwell on my problems, when the enemy attacks I'm already busy trying to find a solution and this has helped me time and time again.

Sooo... The first thing I would advise you do is call on God...

Yasss!!! Call on your creator. He made you and he knows all about you. He knows what you can handle and he knows when you need back up. There has been so many times that I have been lost and did not know what to do or where to go, but when I called on GOD or cried out to him and asked him to walk with me through this tough journey, he did just that. My burdens did not leave instantly but I will tell you that they felt so much lighter.

After you have called on God, you need to surrender your life and situation over to him. Now, you may ask "how do I do this"? Lets look at the definition of surrender:

Surrender- to yield, give up or over, submit, abandon

In order to surrender you must be willing to give it completely over to God. When I say completely give it to him that does not mean  pick and choose what you want to give to him, that means give him your heart, body and soul. If he has all three then he has that situation that's been keeping you up at night, and telling you to give up. The process of surrender can not be done instantly, it takes time, discipline and growth in grace as well as knowledge that comes from studying the word of God. However, the sooner you start the better.

The last thing you need to do is just praise him. Praise him for who he is and what he has done in your life already. Praise him for what he's brought you through already and for what he's getting ready to change in your favor right now.

Praise always brings you closer to God and it also makes that situation that's been troubling you seem so small. The higher you lift him up, the more he will pull you up out of that situation you are going through. So give him the praise he is due, and be patient because things are about to turn around.

What situation are you facing? Let me know so that I can send prayers of strength your way.

There is nothing impossible or to hard for God!!!

You are such a Treasure... Shine Bright :)
